Our "I Love Healthy Chocolate, NC" Xocai Service team will be building a fence free of charge for an individual who has kept their dog chained. Dogs who are chained are depressed & stressed and become relaxed & playful when they are released into their newly fenced yard. Our inspiration for this project is our team member, Donna Gray, who has been donating her time to this wonderful organization for 4 years, averaging 15-20 hours per week. Donna- we love you! You are our special Xocai angel!
The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is a non-profit, volunteer effort dedicated to improve the welfare of dogs living outdoors on chains. In the past 4 years, they have unchained 1000 dogs!! Please visit www.unchaindogs.net for more information.
