German Shepherds ROC

I got involved with this incredible German Shepherd rescue about 2.5 years ago. Over the years, I have logged in many volunteer hours :) Most recently, I maintain the records, coordinated the blood donor program, helped transport dogs needing medical attention and bring them to adoption events to meet their hopeful new families. It's extremely rewarding to find loving homes for these helpless, beautiful animals. Plus, I have found a community of caring people, some of whom I now call friends. Check out my picture. That's Midas one of the rescue dogs that stole my heart (and my home :). A big part of my "Why" is to have the time and resources to make a significant difference and be an advocate for these unfortunate animals who depend on us unconditionally.
