Our team has taken on training to host monthly MS (Multiple Sclerosis) support groups for Carson City & surrounding areas. Our first meetings began in July and continue monthly on the third Thursday of every month @ 1-2pm & again from 6:30-730pm We welcome anyone who is affected or cares for someone who has MS. "A rising tide lifts all ships" and so it is with MS as well. We laugh, share, and lift each other up. Our community lost their MS leader years ago and we thought this would be a great way to step up. Speaking of stepping, we have JUST started our training and recruiting for the MS Challenge Walk 2012 held in Southern California. It's a 50 mile (yep, 50!) walk from Carlsbad to Del Mar!
